Tweetup Tokyo 09!
Just got back from TweetUp09! Over 300 people attended, including Biz Stone (co-founder of Twitter) and many other Internet celebrities! At the event, Biz Stone gave a keynote talking about how he started Twitter with Evan Williams and how Twitter affects the lives from all over the world. The release of the official mobile Twitter Japan site was announced as well. Toward the end of the event, third party Twitter app developers showcased their products, and a few celebrities appeared. However, I don’t know any Japanese celebrities so I wasn’t too excited.
